Aaron Dungca: Highly Talented Sales Analyst and a Teacher
Aaron Dungca, a very talented and hard-working man. He 
has experience of 10 years. His portfolio is so amazing that 
you might be surprised. His CV includes all his 10 years of 
experience that he has earned with his diligent efforts. He 
has worked in the education sector, sales, and technology 
for different profiles. Whenever someone asks him about 
how he has achieved all this, his only reply is hard work.
Life has always posed challenges in front of him. He was 
only 9 years old when he along with his family migrated to 
the USA, from the Philippines. They didn’t know the 
language; somehow they managed to sustain their 
livelihood. As a school kid, Aaron was very intelligent and 
smart. Also, it is very rare to see that a kid can be as good 
in sports as he is in studies. He was a class vice president, 
team captain for Football, Basketball, and track and field. 
He is an amazing saxophone player, he has played for 
concerts and jazz bands.
Aaron Dungca ’s childhood hobbies and interests, later 
become his career. He has worked as a football coach, 
basketball coach, Boating director, physical education 
adjunct instructor, marketing associate, and technology 
associate. He has also coached for renowned 
organizations which feature NFL players, like Julian 
Edelman. He also sponsors a local football fundamentals 
camp in Massachusetts.
Other than the coaching profession, he has also worked as 
Operations Manager at Boating in Boston. Where he used 
to coordinate guest reservations and also look after the 
sales part too. He was also responsible for hiring new 
employees and training them. It was the result of his hard 
work that the company saw a 50% increase in new 
customers and revenue.
Aaron  Dungca has completed Bachelors’s in Science 
from Springfield College, from 2006 to 2010. Then he 
completed his Masters in Curriculum and Instructional 
Planning, from 2011 to 2012. Later he also attained 
Educational Leadership Licensure from Boston University. 
Along with his studies he used to work.
