 Indian trader received an offer from a Liberian buyer to 
supply a huge quantity of cements in 50kg bags.
 The buyer required the product on the urgent basis, 
upon the assurance of performance bond. 
 The supplier required Surety Bond on behalf of their 
company & in favor of their buyer to conclude the deal. 
Challenge: How to Find Performance Bond Providers
 To avail Surety Bond on behalf of their company, the 
supplier contacted their bank. But the bank rejected the 
request. 
 They started searching for Performance Bond Providers 
online. Luckily, they received the Newsletter from us. 
 The trader contacted us immediately with their Surety Bond 
Request.  
Solution: BWT Provided Surety Bond
 We analyzed their requirement & approved their request 
to issue Performance Bond on their company’s behalf. 
 The client signed the service agreement, paid the charges 
& also provided the needed documents. 
 Once the formalities are done from them, we asked our 
bank to issue Surety Bond from our bank account. 
 Accordingly, our bank issued PG MT760 to the buyer’s 
bank via authenticated Swift MT760.

Result:  Cement Deal Concluded Successfully 
 Within 2 working days, the buyer received the surety 
bond in their bank account. 
 After which, the buyer issued a Letter of Credit from 
their bank, in favor of the supplier & they both concluded 
their cement deal successfully.
