Sleeping is one of the most important things we do each day. It helps us recharge our batteries and prepare for the next day. Unfortunately, not everyone gets a good night’s sleep. In fact, up to 70% of people in North America experience some form of insomnia at some point in their lives. This leaves many people struggling with fatigue and impaired cognitive function during the day.
