1. Contact the Kennel or House Sitter
 
After you have decided a travel date, the first 
move is to speak to your pet kennel or house 
sitter (or other reliable service) to ensure 
availability. You may also wish to take proper care 
of this before booking.


 
2. Take Proper care of “Stop” Orders and Advance 
Payments
 
When your travel is booked, you need to consider 
placing “stop” orders on any regularly occurring 
deliveries or services. These could include snail 
mail, newspapers, housecleaners and so on. 
 

 


3. Manage Your Money Flow
 
If you are traveling domestically, make sure to hit 
your personal bank before departing for the trip 
this way you will not arrive short on cash and also 
have to instantly look for an ATM. Further, you'll 
save on ATM charges at machines operated by 
someone apart from your personal bank. See 
your bank’s website and pre-plan any available 
ATM locations near your destination so you aren't 
made to use other banks’ machines.
 


4. Plan The First Day
 
The very first day of the trip is frequently lost to 
logistics and unfamiliar surroundings. First you 
need to haul your and yourself stuff to some 
resting place. Then you've to determine exactly
