Temporary hearing loss are comes on gradually as you get an older , but it can 
sometimes happen suddenly .when ear is ringing and you are not hear properly, 
you may be experiencing hearing-loss.

Signs and symptoms of hearing loss

● Asking people to repeat themselves.
● Listening to music and watching T.V themselves.


Causes of temporary hearing loss
● Sudden hearing loss in both ears may be due to 

damage from a very loud noise.
● Clogged ear canal- if your ears feel stuffy it may 

be due to excessive earwax,swelling for an ear 
infection or fluid in the middle ear space.

● Ototoxic medication- certain medication are 
toxic to the ear and can cause temporary 
hearing loss. Make sure to check your doctor 
and talk about any concerns regarding 
medication you are taking.

Remove blockage 

   If your hearing loss is the result of blockage in your ear canal, your hearing may 
return to normal once the blockage is removed.

Types of blockage :

● Ear infection- see your doctor if you are experiencing any pain or discharge 
from your blocked ear.

● Ear wax- as a generally rule, earwax-naturally of your ear canal naturally.
