Introduction
 Area 51 is a remote tract of land in the south 
western portion of Nevada, United States.
 Area 51 is also known as Paradise Ranch, 
Watertown strip, Dreamland, Groom Lake.

 Area 51 shares a border with Yucca Flat region of 
Nevada Test Site (NTS).
 Out of 928 nuclear tests 739 tests have 
conducted at Nevada Test Site by United States 
Department of Energy.

Purpose of Area 51
 Area 51was initially designed to be a safe place 
for the president and other government officers to 
stay during the war.
 Since it is entirely underground, the purpose was 
also to withstand a nuclear attack.
 It is believed that Area 51 is a staging ground for 
building and testing ultra modern aircraft and 
other technology.

crashed somewhere in the New Mexican desert.
