All About Kuwait Expat Bill Introduction • A new bill approved by the nation's National Assembly Legal and Legislative Committee to reduce the expat population in Kuwait could result in eight lakh Indians leaving the country. • The bill states that the Indian community of expatriates should not exceed 15 per cent of the national population.
