All about Plasma Bank Introduction • Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has inaugurated India's first plasma bank at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) to facilitate access to plasma used as a trial to treat patients with Covid-19. • The bank must work with people suffering from Covid-19 who are registered for plasma donation.
