event’s 50th anniversary, EDN really wants to plant 7.8 billion trees by 
2020! Speak to your local arboretum, park district, school, city government, 
or non­profits such as the Arbor Day Foundation,  AC Trees and American 
Forests to determine where one can volunteer to plant trees. Or, plant some 
in your backyard! Register your event with EDN. You may also speak to 
your local officials and employ social networking to induce others to plant 
trees in your area.


HOST A RECYCLING DRIVE
 
Get the buddies together and collect plastic, metal, glass, and old 
electronics. Electronic materials can automatically get to an e­waste 
recycling facility to make certain they're correctly handled and securely
