Customers can claim for full refund only if the flight tickets were cancelled according to the JetBlue cancellation policy. It is advised to change/ cancel their JetBlue airline reservations before the scheduled departure in order to receive refunds. If the flight booking is done seven days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, then you have 24 hours to cancel your flight tickets without paying a fee and then only you can claim for full refunds.
