Elizabeth was the daughter of
King Henry VI I I and his second
wife, Anne Boleyn.
She was only 2 years old when
her mother was beheaded on the
orders of her father, based on
questionable charges of adultery
and conspiracy.

September 7, 1533, in
Greenwich, England. El izabeth

Siblings
Elizabeth had an older half-
sister, Mary Tudor, who was the
king’s fi rst chi ld with his fi rst
wife, Catherine of Aragon, and
the only to survive to adulthood.

legit imate son with his third wife,

Death
Elizabeth died on March 24,
1603, at Richmond Palace in
Surrey.
It ’s believed that the cosmetic
concoction El izabeth used to
cult ivate her infamously pale
look, cal led the "spir its of
Saturn" made by mixing white
lead and vinegar may have
impacted her health.
