will be cover by policy.
4. Bronze
You have to pay 40% on your 
medical expenses and the rest 60% 
will be cover by policy.
5. Catastrophic 
 It is the monthly premium plan.
 You have to pay for all medical 
expenses from your money. 
 Once you reach plans deductible 
amount, you’ll get cover.
