Dr.  K is passionate about providing evidence-based dentistry tailored to each
child’s specific needs and challenges. Her goal is to make a difference in the
community  by  improving  children’s  oral  health  and  creating  smiles  for  every
family. Ultimately, seeing a child in a better place after she cares for them is the
best feeling the world.
Dr. K loves working with children because of their enthusiasm and imagination.
She enjoys interacting with kids, building trust with them, and making dental visits
a positive experience. She believes that, as a pediatric dentist,  she can have
long-lasting effects on children’s overall health and self-esteem.
Dr. K began her formal education at the  University of Texas at Austin, earning
her BS in Public Health.  She continued on at  the  University  of  Texas Health
Center in San Antonio for her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. To fulfill her dream of
working with children, she completed her Pediatric Dentistry Residency at the
University of Michigan. She is currently a member of the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Dr. K currently lives in Chicago with her boyfriend.
She loves baking,  cooking,  and playing tennis,  and is an avid basketball  and
football fan.
