using Gmail, Outlook, and various other email clients. It is simply that

● Enter Incoming server port number for POP3 as 995.
● The Outgoing server port – 465.
● Select SSL to use an encrypted connection. 
● Choose Ok. click on Next, and then ‘Finish.’
