IF YOU'RE STILL HAVING ISSUES, THERE ARE A 
FEW OTHER TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS YOU 
CAN TRY:
üMake sure that your firewall isn't blocking QuickBooks 
or Outlook from accessing the internet.
üTry disabling any anti-virus software you have running 
and see if that fixes the issue QuickBooks File Doctor.
üIf you're using Windows 10, try turning off User 
Account Control and see if that makes a difference.
If all else fails, you can always export your data from QuickBooks 
and import it into Outlook manually. This isn't ideal, but it will get 
your data into Outlook so you can continue working with it there
