can efficiently cool the garage of any size. However, since many garages have 
vertical windows, it leaves installing window AC out of the question. Moreover, 
these systems are loud, so if you are looking forward to creating your garage 
area as your peaceful nest, window AC may not be a good idea.
Through-the-wall AC: If you want to set up a window AC but don’t have windows in the 
garage, you can go for a through-the-wall AC. It is similar to a window unit but has a 
different installation process. To set it up, you must place a frame in the wall opening. 
The unit is more efficient than the window systems and does not leak much air. But, the 
major drawback with this type of AC is that you must bore a hole in the wall to install it.
Portable AC: Since these ACs can be moved from one space to another, they are ideal
