The radiator is a soft component and needs to be handled very carefully and in such a way that it does not destroy the product. Lifting or holding the radiator by the Filler Neck must not be done at any cost. The center of the Radiator filler neck or caps shall be examined visually for dust particles or any other pollutants that can physically affect the working of the radiator filler neck or caps. In some instances, clean the center using a compressed air blast. The whole process of cleaning the radiator filler neck involves a garden hose with a good jet on the end and on the inside look of the radiator hose at the center to wash out the insects from the front of the radiator.
