                     India and Pakistan will play in match 12 of the 2023 Cricket World Cup.
The world's largest cricket stadium in Ahmedabad will host the match between India and 
Pakistan, for which ticket demand is at an all-time high.The BCCI was compelled by the 
anticipation for the major ICC World Cup 2023 match between bitter rivals India and Pakistan to 
release 14,000 tickets for the game scheduled for October 14 in Ahmedabad.
The match between India and Pakistan, for which tickets are in hot demand, will take place in 
Ahmedabad's largest cricket stadium. The two rivals will square off in India following their 2016 
World T20 match, which the hosts won. The Narendra Modi Stadium is expected to be packed.
The BCCI announced late on Saturday that 14,000 seats would be made available for the eagerly 
anticipated India vs. Pakistan encounter scheduled for October 14, 2023, in Ahmedabad.
"The sale of tickets for the game will start on October 8th, 2023, at 12 PM IST. The official 
ticketing website is where fans may get tickets, the announcement continued.
The inaugural match between England and New Zealand last Thursday attracted 47,000 
spectators, the greatest number ever recorded for a World Cup opening game, at the location, 
which can hold more than 1,30,000.
Pakistan did well to defeat the Netherlands on Friday at Hyderabad, while the tournament's 
hosts, India, will open their World Cup campaign against Australia on Sunday.

On November 12 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, India will play their final group-stage match 
versus Netherlands, the second qualifier from the ODI World Cup Qualifiers competition.
India will host the event for the fourth time after 1987, 1996, and 2011. The 13th edition of the 
competition will be India's first time hosting the men's ODI World Cup on its alone; in previous 
editions, it served as a co-host.
The semifinals will take place in Mumbai on November 15 and Kolkata on November 16, with 
Ahmedabad hosting the championship on November 19.
