License Description: Any individual, employed in the gaming

engaged in preparing and cooking food. Ensures methods of cooking, 
garnishing and sizes of portions as prescribed. Gives instructions to 
cooking personnel on fine points of cooking. Supervises kitchen staff in 
the absence of the chef.
