A Tree Climbing System for Coconut Harvesting • In regions where coconut harvesting is a vital industry, climbing trees poses risks to labourers. • Developed by Srinivasan D, Albert Francis, P Ragul, and H Ramakrishnan from the Mechanical Engineering department, this innovative system revolutionizes coconut harvesting. • Not only does it ensure the safety of workers, but it also enhances efficiency and productivity in this essential agricultural practice. An Automated Ceiling Fan Blade Cleaning Machine • Dust accumulation on ceiling fan blades is a common household issue. • Addressing this problem, Srinivasan D, Albert Francis, P Ragul, and H Ramakrishnan from the Mechanical Engineering department have developed an automated solution. • This machine streamlines the cleaning process, ensuring hassle-free maintenance and improving indoor air quality. . An Automatic Wall Cleaning System with Advanced Features • Cleaning hard-to-reach areas of walls can be a cumbersome task. • Pushparaj Ragul and Karthick Kathiravan from the Mechanical Engineering department have designed an automatic wall cleaning system equipped with advanced features. • This innovation simplifies wall cleaning, saving time and effort while ensuring thorough cleanliness. . An Automatic Vermicomposting System • Sustainable waste management is crucial for environmental preservation. • Addressing this need, a team comprising A Subramaniya Siva, Suswin Ganesh R, Balamurugan P, and Karthick S from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department has developed an automatic vermicomposting system. • So, this system efficiently converts organic waste into nutrient-rich compost, promoting eco- friendly practices. . An External Drive System for Two-Wheeler Vehicles • Finally, enhancing the performance of two-wheeler vehicles, Gabriel Santhosh Kumar, Immanuel Gunaseelan, Dr. Titus Sigamani, Suswin Ganesh Ramesh, and Rajagoapalan Sankaranarayanan from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department have devised an external drive system. • Additionally, this system improves traction and manoeuvrability, enhancing the riding experience and safety for two-wheeler users. .
