My Amazing Academic Journey as a CSE Faculty at 
KRCE
• Throughout my tenure, serving the institution to enlighten the student community, my 
academic journey spans from the first batch of KRCE students in 2010 to the present date in 
2024. 
• Feeling gratified to be part of the college management team, with overall responsibility for 
effectively coordinating and integrating administrative, technical, and academic functions to 
support the attainment of department and institutional objectives.
Academic 
Pursuits
• Currently, in the midst of pursuing a Ph.D. Programme under Anna University, Chennai, my 
research predominantly centres around Stream Data Analytics and Deep Learning. 
• Additionally, I have actively participated in nearly 60 workshops, seminars, and faculty 
development programs. 
• Furthermore, undertook research in Deep Learning, showcasing my findings in many academic 
international conferences and publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals. 
Certifications and 
Publications
• My Academic journey to enriching and enhancing my professional expertise was paved by IIT 
Certifications through the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (7 NPTEL 
courses, 1 IIT Bombay course). 
• Contributing to 17 papers in international journals, with 5 papers indexed in Scopus, has been a 
significant achievement. 
• Additionally, presentations of 15 papers in international conferences have been made, with a 
Google Scholar citation count of 44, an h-index of 3, and an i10 index of 3.
• Furthermore, authoring a textbook on Problem Solving and Python Programming for Anna 
University Engineering students, along with obtaining 2 patents, adds to the breadth of my 
accomplishments.

Accolades and 
Achievements
• The management honoured me with a Memento and Gold coin for achieving 100% results in 
end semester examinations.
• Subsequently, upon the institution attaining autonomous status, I was appointed as a member 
of the Internal Board of Study of the CSE Department. 
• This led to my involvement in framing the R2020 UG and PG Autonomous Curriculum and 
Syllabus, which involved all stages, including planning, preparing, developing, implementing, 
evaluating, revising, and improving, based on thorough analysis and feedback provided by all 
stakeholders.

Faculty Engagement and 
Development
• In faculty meetings and discussions, active participation has been my norm. 
• Additionally, contributions to curriculum development, program evaluation, and upcoming 
course initiatives have been made. 
• Furthermore, various committees related to student affairs and institutional policies have seen 
my involvement.
• Being selected as an evaluator for MHRD initiatives allowed me to assess nearly 200 project 
ideas. Furthermore, engagement in student admission processes, interviews, placements, and 
pedagogical counselling sessions has been consistent. 
• Lastly, coaching and mentoring junior lecturers through training sessions aimed at deepening 
and broadening their knowledge and skills in education innovation has been a rewarding aspect 
of my role.

Event Organization and 
Reporting
• Throughout my tenure, orchestrating nearly 12 programs in the department of Computer 
Science and Engineering has been a significant aspect of my role. 
• This encompasses Technical Fests, Technical Contests, and Faculty Development Programs. 
• Additionally, comprehensive reports were diligently compiled for all the programmes organized 
within the department.

To Sum-up
• Reflecting on my academic journey at KRCE, the opportunity to contribute to the institution's 
growth and development over the past years fills me with gratitude. 
• Mentoring students to realize their full potential, both academically and personally, has been 
immensely rewarding. 
• As I continue on this fulfilling path, I remain committed to upholding the values in all aspects of 
my academic and professional endeavours.
