• If your printer is not ‘ON’ then press
the power button.
• Unlock the cartridge access door.
• Eliminate all the cartridges and place
them on a piece of paper with the ink
opening pointing up.
• Lift the latch handle on
the print carriage until it stops.
• Lift up to remove the print head.
• Finally, Clean the print head.
