is moving to the another service area. The service area is in the shape of 
Hexagon.Wi-Fi and another methods are commonly available for user. 
Cellular base stations are more very  expensive to provide a wireless base 
station that connects directly to an ISP.
A mobile phone, such as a Cellular Phone, that connects to voice services 
without going through the cellular base station.
