Do and Don'ts with sprayers 
   
Dos DON’TS  
 *Always start machine at controller bypass mode. *Do not start on direct in press mode of controller.
* Always engage tractor PTO gear to 540 RPM or   *Do not let go dirt or outside particles into the tank 
nearer gear. Don’t remove basket filter while water filling.
*Always use (Pink) ATR disk below 20 Bar pressure. *Don’t go above 20 Bar pressure for pink ATR disc.
* Safety gear- Always were appropriate protective *Avoid using incompatible chemicals – only used 
gears, safety kit, goggles, mask etc. chemicals that are approved for the sprayers and the 
intended crops.
*Always disengage PTO once solution is finished. * Don’t keep PTO engaged if solution is finished.
Rou tine maintenance Instructions 
* Important instruction for routine maintenance & to improve life of machine.

5) Always apply grease on greasing points like Bearing points, chain Check weekly basis 
socket, PTO shaft Etc
