awards and medals during his time serving in the Air 
Force.
After working in financial management in the 
military and federal government, Neil Varma 
transitioned to the private sector.
Neil Varma was employed by the Federal 
Government, where he worked as a budget officer.
Neil Varma joined ROTC in college with the 
intention of becoming a military officer.
Neil Varma has a natural passion for leadership and 
teaching, having led numerous teams throughout his 
career.
Neil Varma served as an accounting and finance 
manager during his service in the Air Force.
Neil Varma is known by his colleagues as a 
passionate advocate for decision support skills that 
increase efficiency.
Neil Varma is a successful graduate of the University 
of Arizona.
