Ways to battle with Depression By Gyandeep Sahu What is Depression?  A psychological well-being issue described by diligently discouraged state of mind or loss of enthusiasm for exercises, causing critical debilitation in every day life.  This is a serious but common medical illness. Social Network  Keeping relations with the outer world with whom you feel comfortable to talk to and share your inner emotions.  Sharing thoughts and feelings will definitely restrain from anxieties.  Social network can be the support network at your surroundings. 2. Improving sleep As we know sleep and mood are inter related, having a sound sleep can help a lot in such conditions of depression and anxiety.
