NMN is the short name for Nicotinamide Mononucleotide. It’s a form of Vitamin B3, and occurs naturally in tiny amounts in some fruits and vegetables. It’s right there in tomatoes, avocados, cucumbers and some others. When you take NMN, it increases your body’s levels of a molecule called NAD+ which your body then uses to repair cellular damage, and increases energy levels.
