address then do the following steps.
Step 1:
The Incoming Server (IMAP) address is outlook.office365.com, port number: 
993, and its encryption method is TLS.
Step 2:
Outgoing Server address (SMTP): smtp.office365.com.
Step 3:
SMTP port: 587.
Step 4:
SMTP encryption method: STARTTLS.
