The Atchafalaya Basin Bridge, also known as Louisiana Airborne
Memorial Bridge is a twin bridge that connects Lafayette to Baton
Rouge. This 29.29 km bridge was opened to the public in 1973
and is known as the longest bridge in the United States.
I-10 Bonnet Carré Spillway Bridge
It is another longest bridge located in Louisiana, USA. This
longest bridge was opened for traffic in 1972 and carries
Interstate 1-10. Bonnet Carré Spillway Bridge is a twin trestle
bridge that is 17.70 km long.
