Furthermore, it is a situation where the economy is not capable of coping with the increasing demand of its population. On the one hand, per capita availability of land goes on diminishing and on the other, the problem of subdivision and fragmentation of holdings increases. The government can take measures to aware of the population about the various methods that can help in controlling the population.
