After gaining knowledge in political science, Zach started to work as a General Manager in Evolution Fast Food in 2011. Here he was responsible for creating various programs and procedures required to make it a pure vegan restaurant. In the restaurant, he worked for over 4 years and gained some good experience as General Manager.  Zach Vouga has both the passion and creativity to do something great. He has abilities and skills that differ from others, and he also knows how to implement his skills beautifully. He is full of determination, willpower, and courage. During his early life, Zach Vouga obtained his degree in 2011 from DePaul University in the Field of Study Political Science and Government.  In 2016, Zach Vouga opened his first plant-based, cruelty-free, and environmentally sustainable fast food restaurant in San Diego, California. With $6+ million in funding, Plant Power Fast Food has grown to five locations and a mobile food truck throughout California that will see nearly $10 million in combined revenues. Along with his co-founders, Zach is also trying to create a vegan McDonald's.  Also, Zach Vouga plans to open more locations in the upcoming years. He has dedicated his life to effecting institutional change in the food industry.
