Vegas Test Kitchen Vegas Test Kitchen will offer three different dinners August 27-29 as part of the outdoor Lushington Supper Club, for which different chefs will cook for guests with live music on Lushington Street. Christina Nguyen of This Mama’s House will start the weekend with dishes such as chargrilled salmon salad, seared scallops with tamari and lemongrass and vegetarian canh chua. Eureka on Fremont Street will launch new menu items and cocktails on August 26, including the ahi tuna poke stack, eggplant and tahini spread, roasted beets and whipped feta, and a truffle mushroom cheeseburger. Popular menu items include the Big Zac with two patties, special sauce, American “cheese,” lettuce, onions and pickles; and the Buffalo 66, a crispy meat-free “chicken” patty dipped in Buffalo sauce with lettuce, tomatoes and ranch. The restaurant will open daily at 7 a.m. for breakfast and will be operated by Scale x3 Management, which also operates Broken Yolk Cafe at Town Square.
