Step 1: Get Registered with
LegalRaasta
Just fill-up the simple form
given above. It asks a few
simple details about you and
your proposed company.
Step 2: Get DIN & DSC
Signed applications would be
filed with the ROC to obtain
DIN and DSC for your Directors.
We'll ask you for photographs,
attested ID Proof and Address
proof of your directors, only.
Step 3: Name Approval
You suggest and we'll search
and apply (with your approval)
for a Unique name for the
company.
Step 4: Apply for License & COI
We will apply for the Section 8
License with the Central
Government. As well, obtain
the Certificate Of
Incorporation.
Step 5: Apply for PAN and
TAN
As soon as your Section 8
Company has been registered,
we'll apply for and send you the
PAN & TAN on receipt.
